D.-tex., chairman of the House armed services military personnel sub committee claims that personnel Are being forced into the Cost sharing Cham pus program because the armed serv ices Are unable to provide adequate and necessary medical care for retirees and military dependents. Therefore he said Many dependents and retirees Are now unable to afford proper medical White said his subcommittee has a Bill bet Ore it that would limit the medical charges to the 90th percentile and would also require upgrading of physicians fee schedules at least annually. It was not immediately Clear whether the crewmen involved were aboard the submarine at the time or at a Shore facility.
