The regular magazines ate a Good housekeeping a which we did no to receive in october and february and a journal a which we did not receive in january and february. Those magazines received have been torn up the front cover As Well As the first couple of pages. Appal it Nelty they had been read. I was received feb. 21. Credit statements Are received late or not received at All. And they Are mailed to us More than 20 Days before the due Date. Even Bills sent to the United states Are mailed 10 to 12 Days before the due Date arid yet we still receive reminders and late fees. This is affecting our credit. We receive mail at our Box number that is not ours and it has the other persons Correct address. Mail received with our Correct address is sent to someone else and even to the directory assistance a package received feb. 23 was broken and the order missing. At this Point we my husband and i talked to the person in the mail room. His response was that there is nothing he could do that we Are not the Only ones with complaints i understand the distance and the Type of trip the mail must take to reach Apos. Pal parcel air lift takes a few Days longer than letter mail however we do not keep statistics and have not developed a Standard on pal mail.
