Most minority youths a 68 percent of Blacks and 52 percent of hispanics a feel that it is they who Are discriminated against. The study also said 65 percent of Whites oppose pro Grams that provide special employment opportunities to minorities while 60 percent of Blacks generally favor such programs As a Means of redressing persistent discrimination. However Kropp said the Survey did have a Glimmer of Hope. Young people of All races a seem to agree on a shared set of values a he said.
