A fitness centers or gymnasiums Are to be available within 15 minutes walking distance in locations that have 50 or More soldiers quarters. Other locations must offer those services within 15 minutes driving distance. Large facilities will operate 80 hours weekly Small facilities 60 hours weekly. A libraries each bib with a population greater than 10,000 will have one Large Library open 60 to 70 hours weekly. Each smaller bib will have a Library open at least 50 hours weekly. Arts will have a Branch Library or Annex open at least 40 hours a week or at least 30 hours in arts with a population of Levy a than 500. A a military health clinic and a military dental clinic will operate in locations where the Active duty population exceeds 750. Personnel assigned elsewhere will use the civilian health and medical program of the uniformed services. V a a full service postal facility will be available within 15 tin utes driving distance of a military sponsors duty station or family housing area in every stand larger organization.
