Twenty one million postcards have been sent to roman Catholic parishes and schools urging catholics to write to their senators and representatives to keep abortion out of needed health care  House leaders plan to review repayment by Rostenkowski Washington a rep. Dan Rostenkowski s decision to reimburse the government $82,000 for office equipment will be scrutinized by House leaders from both parties. Republican whip Newt Gingrich of Georgia and majority Leader Richard a. Gephardt of Missouri agreed Friday night to begin what Gingrich called a Low key inquiry. After staff members conduct a review this week during a congressional recess leaders will decide whether to launch a More formal probe. Gingrich and Gep Hardt discussed the procedure on the House floor. The repayment by Rostenkowski d 111., chairman of the House ways and Means committee raises some serious questions regarding the House s proce Dure and integrity Gingrich said. Rostenkowski s office and Campaign accounts and his stamp purchases have been under investigation by a Federal grand jury. Rostenkowski s lawyer Robert Ben Nett said the reimbursements were perfectly proper and  Bennett said he suggested a review after the grand jury questioned Rostenkowski s office purchases. Beginning monday the Christian coalition plans to distribute 32 million Post cards urging believers to lobby Congress to exclude abortion from a National health plan. And the Southern Baptist convention the nation s largest protestant Demon mation has already made it Clear that the abortion Issue overshadows All others in the health care debate. On the other Side of the fray the religious coalition for reproductive Choice says Access to abortion is a fundamental right and plans a lobbying Effort in March with National Church leaders urging members of Congress to include funding for abortion services in any National health plan. Clinton s 1,342-Page health Security act docs not explicitly mention abortion but says pregnancy related services would be included in the Benefit package. Both the president and first lady Hill Ary Rodham Clinton have said this Means that health plans would pay for abortions which they contend is the situation today in most private insurance plans. There Are people outside trying to get into our House she said on the tape. We have a gun we have shot at them. They Are still out  the police dispatcher asked for the number of intruders and a description. I Don t know the wife replied. We can t Tell who they  then she added two White  on feb. 2, a Harris county grand jury declined to indict Agee in de Vries slay ing. Last week the widow of de Vries filed a multimillion Dollar wrongful death suit against Agee
