We came to Heidelberg when our sons were 6 and 5 years old and they were Here through High school graduation. Not once in Al those years did i Ever buy them Hallow Een costumes from the Post Exchange and i Don t even sew it May be difficult for Young parents of today to imag Ine such callousness but it never occurred to me that i was ruining their lives.
