Army and air Force Exchange service buyers managed to persuade studio executives to release Miracle a remake of the Oscar winning 1947 Holiday classic to cafes As Well forgoing the usual delay. It s going to be quite a treat for the folks Over Here said Charles Luthi chief of the cafes Europe food and motion picture office. Miracle s first screenings were saturday in some locations. Most military communities in Germany and Italy will have the movie before Christmas. The Exchange service has secured four copies of the film so it can quickly cover the circuit.
