Several seminars Are especially appropriate for spouses of service members deployed to operation desert shield. During term 3 at Lakenheath seminars on three consecutive weekends will include family in flux 23/24 feb crises in adult life 2/3 mar and stress management 9/10 mar. Family in flux considers How the family unit has adapted to changes in society. Crises of adult life covers important developments in the life of the adult. Crises in adult life addresses career commitments mate selection parenting marriage spiritual values Community retirement and mortality. Stress management considers How stress can be detrimental to Job performance and discusses ways to practice both physiological and psychological stress management procedures. In the Stuttgart area seminars will be offered on computer spreadsheets word processing and hardware and software. These hands on seminars Are geared toward helping students strengthen their Job skills and Advance in their careers. Seminars in Library skills math study skills and vocabulary and word usage Are offered to assist students in University classes. Also offered in the Stuttgart area will be seminars on Federal income tax and effective time management. In the Nuernberg area a variety of computer seminars will be offered along with Library skills Federal income tax government and anthropology seminars.
