More coastal flooding was forecast for the Region saturday As another Low pressure area developed off the new Jersey coast drawing cold air South from Canada the National weather service said. It was expected to dump Snow in new Jersey Southeast new York state and Southern new eng land. Flurries also were forecast for the appalachians the great lakes Region and the Rockies. Early saturday rain drenched coastal cities from Washington d.c., to Boston while Snow blanketed much of upstate new York and Pittsburgh. On Friday the Atlantic storm pounded cities and coastal areas from Virginia to Massachusetts. Olg Etown pa., got 3 feet of Snow Friday. Snowfall from the storm in Western new York state included 17 inches at Farmington 16 inches at Naples and More than 14 inches at Rochester. Nine inches of Snow fell in Worcester mass., during a six hour period ending at 7 . Snow also covered much of the Midwest the j appalachians and Michigan. Snow advisories were posted for saturday in Southeast Arizona the big Horn mountains of Wyoming and the Rockies in Colorado. A Winter storm watch was posted for Wyoming Nobraska and Nevada.
