Handling air ambulance duties will be the 159th medical co from the 7th medical Comdr a 421st medical evacuation in in Wiesbaden Germany. Maintenance support will be provided by cob 7th in 159th aviation intermediate Maint from Gie Belstadt. The command element of the task Force will be from he co 5th in 158th aviation regt in Gie Belstadt. The task forces support vehicles and equipment will be moved by train from Germany to Livorno then transferred by ship to Somalia. All 46 helicopters will Fly to Livorno and will be transferred by ship to Somalia. Fifteen of the 30 uh-60s will be configured As air ambulances.
