Bielecki announced his resignation in a Surprise speech to parliament on Friday. He said economic reforms cannot be carried out without cooperation Between lawmakers and his Cabinet and blamed the Sejm for delays in lawmaking. Bielecki said he was surprised by the vote but added that it will not improve conditions for the operation of his government. Bielecki is expected to ask parliament for emergency Powers that will allow his government to run the Economy without parliamentary approval at every step.
