Fetterman said the new training initiative first took shape in a lengthy conversation he had with Kelso shortly after the Tail Hook incident came to Light. Classes will be broken into subgroups and each will get a Case to be worked through and resolved. By personalizing the situations and confronting the students with the problem Fetterman Hopes the training will improve the mindsets of the students. The North koreans said the plutonium already produced at the Laboratory came from damaged fuel rods taken from a 5-megawatt reactor in Yon Byon Blix said. A North korean official confirmed Friday that the Laboratory had produced plutonium but Blix a comments provided the first detailed information of the site that North Korea says is involved Only in nuclear Power research.
