The civil lawsuit filed Friday claims the school and Cris Roosenraad Dean of students failed to provide a an environment reasonably free from physical danger sexual harassment and criminal sexual  it criticizes the schools sexual harassment policy which it says allows a student to commit two sexual assaults before being expelled.
